HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW THE NAME FOR PERSONALISATION?
On the order form you will be asked to spell the name you are ordering. Please double check the spelling you have given on the order confirmation screen.

WHAT IS THE LONGEST NAME YOU DO?

11 letters is our 'comfortable' maximum, although we have done 12 letters for the odd house name. Where possible we will try to accommodate your request, but there may be a few occasions where we can't help! Call us to discuss your requirements and we'll do we can. 

CAN YOU PRINT ANY NAME?
Yes - we can print any name and we have created enough individual letters to make up the majority of names without having to repeat the same letter and image. If you order a name and we do have to repeat a letter and image, the repeats will be as far away from each other as possible. The picture will still be lovely and these repeats will just add to its charm.

THE NAME I WANT IS HYPHENATED, CAN YOU STILL DO THIS?

Yes - although please bear in mind that the hyphen will use one character space and we can only comfortably print names of a maximum of 11 characters per line. Therefore Sarah-Jane is 10 characters.

CAN I HAVE A FIRST NAME AND A MIDDLE NAME?
Yes - we can depending on the length of your names we may have to put your picture in a large frame. All will become clear on the Order Now form.

CAN I HAVE A LAST NAME AS WELL?
Yes - we could do the first name on the first line and the last name on the second line, unless the person's total number of letters in their first and last names together with a space amount to 11 or less characters (eg Elton John is 10 characters).

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT IF I ORDER SEVERAL PICTURES AT THE SAME TIME?
Our shopping cart will calculate a 5% discount off your total order if the pictures are going to the same address.

I HAVE AN 'EVERLASTING CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT' CODE, WHERE DO I USE THIS TO CLAIM MY DISCOUNT?
We offer all our existing customers an 'Everlasting Customer Loyality Discount' against ALL subsequent orders, no matter when they placed their first order. To use your discount on follow-on orders, just type it into the discount code box on the online order form. Your discount will automatically be calculated off your total order before packing and carriage.

HOW MUCH IS THE 'EVERLASTING CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNT'?
5%

MY FRIEND OWNS A PUB, CAN I GET THE PUB NAME AS A PICTURE?
Yes - as long as we can fit it in on either one or two lines. Maximum 2 lines, 11 characters per line. So, 22 characters in all including spaces eg THE RED HART is 12 characters, therefore THE on the first line, RED HART on the second.

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP?
Yes, it costs £7.50 per picture and you'll need to include details you'd like on the hand written message for the gift card in the commends box on the order form.

HOW LONG WILL MY PICTURE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
You should receive your picture within 21 days of receipt of order, although we do try to deliver sooner. However you will appreciate that because of the uniqueness of the product and the tremendously high standards we want to maintain, we have quite a lengthy production process to follow. CAN YOU DELIVER WITHIN A FEW DAYS?
Where you are ordering a more regular name it is always worth checking with us by phone to see if we have that name in stock. Even if we haven't, it may also be worth calling us to see how we can help you.

THIS PICTURE IS A PRESENT, CAN I GET IT DELIVERED STRAIGHT TO THE RECIPIENT?
Of course, just stipulate the delivery address when you order together with the gift wrapping request and gift card instructions.  The recipient will receive a packing slip with the order and shipping details (but no mention of money) and you will receive a receipted invoice.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

CAN YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we can, although we recommend that pictures are sent unframed on international orders. We can send frames, however this tends to be expensive and there is always a risk of the glass breaking no matter how carefully we pack your order.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT FLOWERS WILL BE INCLUDED IN MY PICTURE?
Most of the flower options are on our A-Z Showcase but our designer makes the final choice bearing in mind the colours of the other flowers in the name and the overall balance of the picture. All name pictures are sent with an accompanying A-Z explanatory brochure.

HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT MY PICTURE TO LAST?
Aftercare recommendations are sent with each order.  If you follow these - it is likely that your picture will outlive you and become a family heirloom.
