| If your picture is defective, damaged or is not as specified on your order acknowledgment, Words of ART will replace your picture at no extra cost. If you prefer a full refund then Words of ART will return the cost of delivery as well. However, if you return the print for any other reason, then the delivery costs will not be refunded. Please follow the steps of our Returns Procedure below.
Step 1 With 7 days of receipt of your order, contact Words of ART giving details of your order, the reasons you are returning your picture – you will then receive a returns authorization number which must be marked clearly on any returned packages. Step 2 The customer is responsible for ensuring that the picture is returned in a state where it could be re-used (normally for display purposes at one of the events we attend). Please note, returned pictures and frames are NEVER sent to new customers! The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the picture to Words of ART and we recommend that any returns are sent Recorded Delivery as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt with us. Words of ART cannot accept liability for returned goods unless or until signed for by a member of Words of ART staff at our named official address. Step 3 You will receive an email confirming receipt and a note giving details of the condition of the returned goods. A refund from Words of Art will follow within 7 days. If we do not receive your returned goods, or if they arrive in a condition unfit for re-use we will not be able to offer a refund.
