PAYMENT
Credit Card payments via our secure online shop are processed by PayPal Payment Pro merchant services.  Your credit card details are not stored by Words of Art.   We accept payment over the phone by credit card or by cheque (in special circumstances).  Goods are only dispatched once payment has been received or cleared.  Contact us on 0870 264 5225 (International +44 1753 861 091).

POSTAGE
Postage is calculated by order weight plus a small handling fee depending on where you are.  Postage is calculated using current Royal Mail first class rates for the UK and Air Mail Small Packet rates for Europe and the Rest of the World.
